A boat with ludicrous horsepower, unbelievable torque and 50 gallons of jet fuel? If you can dream it, the Ultra Boats team can build it. Headed by owner and chief designer John West, Ultra Boats sets out to build the ultimate in ostentatious custom boats. Discovery Turbo’s new series ROCK THE BOAT follows West and his motley crew as they craft some of the toughest, most unique and awe-inspiring performance boats on the water. Episodes air every Monday at 2130 hrs (9:30 pm SIN/HK) beginning December 1. Encores on Wednesday at 0100 hrs (1:00 am), 0900 hrs (9:00 am) and 1700 hrs (5:00 pm); Saturday at midnight (12:00 am), 0800 hrs (8:00 am) and 1600 hrs (4:00 pm).

From the first-ever completely voice-activated sound system to a steering wheel made of liquid ice, each episode gives viewers a window into West’s creative mind and special tools of the trade, including how he and the team create the wildest graphics, newest technical features and best hand-built super fast engines in the powerboat world.

Viewers will get to watch as a new boat gets built to bling in each episode! What’s on board? A custom sound system that would leave any rapper's mouth agape, a paint job fit for a museum, and a throttle fit for a 747 – all adding up to a boat trip no viewer will want to miss.

• Things That Go Boom In the Night
John and his crew are issued a challenge to build the loudest boat sound system in the world for world renowned audio manufacturers, Arc Audio. The crew is sure that the boat will crack under the pressure of the sound. Will they be able to rise to the challenge?

• One Track Mind
Fast cars and big hearts power this amazing episode. The crew works in conjunction with NASCAR for a boat to benefit the Victory Junction Gang charity for sick children. The team learns everything there is to know about race cars, including driving them at top speeds, to gear up for this build. Over 20 top NASCAR drivers, including Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tony Stewart, Jimmy Johnson, and Kyle Petty have their autographs incorporated right into the boat’s paint job! This boat will be auctioned off on E-bay with the proceeds to benefit this worthwhile charity. But with one of the trickiest gel coat paint jobs ever, the crew will face a big test.

• Silent, Swift, Deadly
Sgt. James E. Wright is an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran who lost his hands and part of his leg in an ambush. The team has to custom design a boat so that this American hero can return to the water despite his disabilities. John integrates knives, air tanks, glow in the dark 1000 watt speakers, DVD players, video games and a plethora of other gadgets to make the Marine boat one tricked out water rocket.

• No Bull About It
John and his team are challenged with building a PBR (Professional Bull Riders) themed boat. The crew puts life and limb on the line as they go bull riding to gain inspiration for the build. Faced with tight deadlines and high stress levels, the crew must race against the clock to get this boat done in time.
