The series follows Dr. Shaler, a pioneer in the field of forensic science, as he teaches 12 students what it takes to solve a crime. The students must learn the techniques of the professionals and then apply their knowledge to realistic, sometimes gruesome, crime scenes. Watch as the students attempt to solve a high-pressure case of an unusual car accident involving two damaged vehicles that both have bullet holes. They must decide what happened and which car caused the impact. They must solve the crimes ensuring they don’t make critical mistakes or destroy crucial evidence.
