UNSOLVED HISTORY is history the way it WAS. Each program will answer one question surrounding an instantly recognizable "name brand" historical event - a subject that people have heard about - but don't REALLY know. How did Davy Crockett die at the Alamo? Why did Pickett's Charge fail at Gettysburg? Who shot down the Red Baron? What happened to Hitler's Bunker? Was the Boston Massacre really a massacre? What sank the U.S.S. Maine? Through our detailed examination of the archeological and forensic evidence, existing photographs, artifact examination, and carefully selected interviews from eyewitnesses and experts - we will also be able to EXACTLY reconstruct the event - and answer our historical questions. We will also create experiments - designed for maximum viewer impact - that will vividly illustrate the key points of our investigations. And visually, throughout each hour, by applying recreations and computer generated animation to this now living history - we can actually travel in time - and unlike some Hollywood special effect - we can rest assured that what we are seeing is REAL.
