(Silver Spring, Md.)-Delivering audiences a real-life Law & Order experience, Investigation Discovery has given the greenlight to MY Entertainment to begin production on LAS VEGAS D.A. (working title). With exclusive access to the Clark County District Attorney's office, LAS VEGAS D.A. follows District Attorney Steve Wolfson and his powerhouse team in real time, from assessing the scene of the crime to chasing the conviction in the courtroom. Shot in cinéma vérité, the series provides access to the D.A.'s office while immersing viewers in the visuals and the vibe distinctive to Vegas. With a six-episode order, LAS VEGAS D.A. will begin shooting this fall and will premiere on Investigation Discovery in 2016.

With more than 60,000 cases a year, the backdrop of Vegas features crimes that run the gamut, from attempted murders, high-profile homicides, celebrity scandals, robberies, shootings and more. Personally invested in protecting their community, it is the execution and expertise of the district attorney's office who work tirelessly to ensure that when crimes happen in Vegas, the criminals stay in Vegas.

LAS VEGAS D.A. (working title) is being produced for Investigation Discovery by MY Entertainment. For MY Entertainment, Michael Yudin, Joe Townley, Wil Surratt and Wayne Root are executive producers, with Greg Klein and Jon Grosskopf as co-executive producers.
