Singapore Skypark
Danny takes us to Singapore, where the world's first ever Skypark is being built at 650 feet in the air on top of three soaring skyscrapers. Danny heads up 55 stories to help out on some of the heaviest construction lifts ever attempted.

Kuwait Towers
Danny travels to Kuwait's nearly-completed Al Hamra tower, the world's tallest 'sculpted' tower and Kuwait's tallest skyscraper. The tower is significant as it is a symbol of how Kuwait is moving on from the destruction of the Gulf War and ushering in a new era of prosperity.

New Orleans Surge Barrier
In an attempt to save the city from another disaster, New Orleans is building the world's strongest hurricane protection system, including the largest storm surge barrier ever built and radical hurricane-resistant homes.

Rio de Janeiro Power Grid
Brazil is building one of the largest hydroelectric projects in the world, tunnelling through seven mountains and building two dams, to create enough power to keep Rio de Janeiro from going dark during the upcoming Olympics and World Cup.

South African Gold Mine
Already the deepest place on Earth, South Africa's Mponeng gold mine is still setting new depth records on a daily basis. Nearly three miles down, workers brave 150-degree temperatures and frequent earthquakes to save the country's economy.

Melbourne Stadium
Melbourne is constructing one of the most innovative stadiums ever built. With its unprecedented geodesic roof and advanced cladding, it will provide the ultimate fan experience and serve as an icon for a city that wants to be known as the sporting capital of the world.

San Francisco Bay Bridge
The San Francisco Bay Bridge is the most expensive public works project ever in California. Crews are racing to earthquake-proof the San Francisco's Oakland Bay Bridge before the next Big One, with some of the world's heaviest lifts and largest shock absorbers on Earth.

Gotthard Base Tunnel
The Swiss government is spending US$18 billion dollars to create the Gotthard Base Tunnel, the longest tunnel in the world. The tunnel will eventually allow get people and goods to travel through the Alps up to three times faster, thereby changing the face of European transit.

Abu Dhabi Central Market
Abu Dhabi's US$15 billion Central Market will be a new cultural hub for an emerging world destination, complete with offices, parks, luxurious shops, and hotels - all centered around the world's tallest residential tower, which stands at over 1250 feet high.
