Cassini: Rendezvous with the Ringed Planet
The Cassini-Huygens Mission, a massive international effort spearheaded by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, penetrates the mysteries of Saturn's beautiful rings and its many moons (31 and counting) beginning in the summer of '04 and continuing for four years. Included among a host of space mission firsts for Cassini is the first-ever probe to be released onto an interplanetary moon. This hour-long programme tells the story of Cassini's quest to understand the most beautiful and mysterious object in the solar system - and perhaps the most mysterious planet in the universe.
