From traditional classics to long forgotten dishes, world-renowned chef Marco Pierre White is on a mission to rediscover all that is great about British food. Travelling the length and breadth of the country, Marco meets some colourful characters along the way, as he shoots, fishes and forages to find the finest ingredients the British countryside has to offer. He then creates amazing all-British dishes that people can cook at home, including an update version of popular classics such as steak with oysters and fish pie.
