Village Vets
Brand new series, ‘Village Vets', follows the exploits of James and Anthony who have been friends since their first day of university. Now they are both vets, co-running a practice in a small rural Australian town where their patients go from the usual cats, dogs and horses to pythons, bearded dragons and alpacas. And the cast of owners, from former male strippers to hardened bush men, are just as diverse. With animals and the extraordinary practice at the heart of the series, ‘Village Vets', is also a show about the way of life in an Australian country town, the people who live there and most importantly relationships: between owners and animals, people in a small community and most of all between two "bloody good mates".
