Visiting some of America's most unsanitary and unsuccessful establishments, he embarks on his mission to change things for the better. With just one week to turn the business around, Ramsay wastes no time on niceties, delivering some harsh truths to the often exhausted and emotional restaurant owners, before setting forth his plans for improvement. But will they follow his advice? This series Ramsay has to get a failing restaurant and a failed marriage back on track when he visits a Cuban restaurant in New York and finds himself battling with a New Jersey chef who has lost his passion for food.
