Anthony Bourdain returns in a new series which sees him travel around the world experiencing unique, local cuisine and culture as he seeks the ultimate dining experience. In this series Anthony investigates Sweden - a land of contrasts - were he hopes to dispel the myths of tall blonds, Swedish meatballs and the hit rock band ABBA; he begins his first-ever trip to Puerto Rico in Old San Juan; in Quebec he explores the food culture with his friend and celebrated chef, Martin Picard; he also heads to the Texas/Mexico border, where his first stop is TB's Bar and Grill for some authentic Tex-Mex food; and in Rajasthan, Anthony travels to Udaipur, where he checks out the local spices and vegetables and discovers a restaurant called Natraj.
