With five generations of baking tradition behind them, Tom and Henry take viewers into the heat of the artisan kitchen and unlock the trade secrets of baking, which have been honed through years of practice and passion. This series they get out of their kitchen and put their reputations on the line to come up with truly iconic local dishes for cafés, restaurants and bakeries up and down the country. In each episode, they familiarise themselves with each location’s local specialities and then produce three iconic dishes. But only one can win the public taste test and make it onto the menu.
