Nine Months Later
After nine months of waiting and wondering, a group of first-time mothers and fathers are bringing their new-born babies home, and are about to learn just what it means to be a parent. Through sleepless nights and strained relationships, breastfeeding woes and post-natal depression, we will see the dramatic contrast between what our new parents were expecting from parenthood, and the reality of life with a new baby to care for. Following a diverse range of parents, one as young as 16 herself, we see how different people cope with the challenges and stresses of raising a child, and how those moments of joy and overwhelming love can make it all worth it.
