Katrina (Kay) and Freddie have been together for almost 15 years and combined, weigh in excess of 1000 pounds. With Freddie weighing a staggering 720lbs, Kay must take care of his demands and has been doing so since just two weeks into their marriage. Whether it’s giving him a facial, a bed bath, making his oversized clothes, or plucking his eyebrows, there is no rest for Kay who looks after her extremely vain and demanding husband around the clock.
Susan and Randy weigh a combined 905 pounds. They enjoy a healthy sex life but are finding that the challenges of obesity in the bedroom more and more of a problem, especially since they have been trying to start a family. After three years of trying, they are worried that her weight it what is stopping Susan fall pregnant and finally undergo tests to find out. Can their relationship survive the results?
