At New Year thoughts turn to making resolutions: drinking less, quitting smoking, going on a diet; but for those who didn't keep theirs and have let themselves go, there's still hope! Style guru Nicky Hambleton-Jones and her top team of hairdressers, plastic surgeons, cosmetic dentists and make-up artists attempt to transform those who gave up on their appearance years before. Including Dr Sarah Widd who has not treated her looks with any care - she hasn't visited a hairdresser since 1972 and even went as far as having her top teeth removed so she wouldn't have to go to the dentist. And Jackie Robinson, a forklift driver who uses bleach to clean her hands and who wears a shapeless, unflattering fleece at all times. Can the team help these two and others who need to look Ten Years Younger?
