Ice Pilots 4

Image 1 / 8

The Ice Pilots are back, flying out of Yellowknife, the gateway to some of the harshest winter places on earth. When the northern aviation community are rocked by three crashes in the space of a month, Joe places an extra emphasis on safety, especially after a negative visit from inspectors, who threaten to shut down the airline. A week before Christmas, Buffalo agrees to lend a hand to an RCMP initiative to fly toys to isolated communities in the north. A landing gear failure occurs on a dangerous flight from a rough ice strip, there’s long hauls to Korea, the world's most dangerous approach at Greenland's Narsarsuaq airport, severe icing that threatens to plummet the guys into the frigid North Atlantic on a long ocean leg and Iron Maiden lead singer Bruce Dickinson pilots Buffalo's planes.
