Hoarding: Buried Alive is back for a new series, exploring the lives of compulsive hoarders and meeting experts who reveal the psychology behind this obsession. Each episode examines hoarders as they try struggle to regain control of their behaviour and let go of the attachment to objects which in so many cases can destroy lives and break up families. Challenged by the expert therapists and professionals, the hoarders attempt to regain their lives. This series, viewers will meet extreme hoarders including Elvis fan Cary, whose apartment is virtually uninhabitable, filled with memorabilia he has collected over the past twenty years, and Brad who doesn't know why he hoards but it has taken over his mobile home, and Mary, who has been evicted and has just weeks to clean out her stuff or have her home repossessed. Will they be able to take control of their lives and get back on track?
