With the holiday season in full swing and Santa’s elves hard at work, the North Pole has gotten too Claus-trophobic for two of Santa’s reindeer, so the duo is making Como Park Zoo and Conservatory in St. Paul, Minnesota, its ho-ho-home for the holidays!

Live now and throughout the holiday season on http://www.apl.tv/reindeer, REINDEER CAM returns for its third year on Animal Planet L!VE, and viewers have 24/7 access (from any device) to Santa’s reindeers (also known as caribou). On Friday, December 18; Tuesday, December 22; and Wednesday, December 23 at 1 PM (CT), Kris Kringle plans to visit Como Zoo to feed and check in on his beloved antlered friends: female reindeers Abby, 7, and June Bug, 11; whose interactions may result in some on-screen drama!

REINDEER CAM encourages viewers to count down to the holidays while watching the reindeer feed, interact with one another and socialize with their neighbor – an arctic fox that peeps into their habitat from time to time. And this season, the REINDEER CAM holiday habitat includes a Christmas-themed barn complete with a live advent calendar and a map detailing Santa’s delivery route on Christmas Eve.

REINDEER CAM joins more than 20 other live animal cams hosted on Animal Planet L!VE, which grants viewers access to the animal kingdom from sites around the globe while also providing opportunities to engage in real-time discussions with fellow animal lovers via message boards and scheduled chats with animal experts. To meet the three reindeer, viewers can visit http://www.apl.tv/reindeer, accessible via computer, smartphone or tablet.
