“TANKED” RETURNS WITH AN ALL NEW SEASON FULL OF NEW CHALLENGES, BIGGER TANKS, AND AN EXCITING NEW ROSTER OF CELEBRITY CLIENTS
Sin City’s dynamic duo is back! Wayde King and Brett Raymer of the famous Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (ATM), return for an all-new season of TANKED featuring an exciting roster of exclusive businesses, private homeowners, and a new round of tank builds featuring celeb-clients from across the country looking for larger-than-life tanks to call their own. Animal Planet audiences will witness the pair face new challenges and bring their creativity to a new level to develop this season’s most outrageous, custom-made aquariums that will blow all expectations out of the water. TANKED returns for an all-new season on Friday, November 2 at 9PM ET/PT.
Dive into the special two-hour season premiere of TANKED where we’ll first follow the yellow brick road with the team as they make a special ‘home visit’ to the one and only Dr. Mehmet Oz, host of The Dr. Oz Show, to create an extraordinary Wizard of Oz inspired aquarium in his New Jersey residence. There’s no hiding behind the curtain for this build as Wayde and Brett go above and beyond to make this one-of-a-kind tank complete with a glowing Emerald City that will even have Dr. Oz saying, “there’s no place like home.” We’ll then head to sunny California where Wayde and Brett visit Santa Rosa’s Coddingtown Mall to build a special tribute tank to the agencies and first responders who fought the wildfires last Fall. From here, the pair will bring Animal Planet viewers on a special trip to Goatlandia Farm Animal Sanctuary and Education Center to visit the animals rescued from the fires by these brave responders; including Max, a blind sheep, Spot, a bummer lamb, Poppy, a pixie goat, and Chuco, a rooster.
In this season of TANKED, the pressure is on to create the biggest and most elaborate builds to date for a new and returning celebrity clients including, Tracey Morgan, who calls on Wayde and Brett to create his third tank jaw-dropping tank in his pool house big enough for him to swim in! Casey Nobel of HGTV’s ‘Design on a Dime’ and her husband, Green Bay Packers’ Clay Matthews, will also be featured this season, as well as MMA fighter and actor Urijah Faber, and NBA star DeMarcus Cousins, who requests a Caribbean-themed aquarium that’ll bring a little bit of paradise into his home.
Other episodes this season feature an innovative minibus aquarium for Subaru, a massive walk around aquarium located in Atlantic City’s Ocean Resort Casino, a graffiti themed façade with ‘back to the future’ style shows and more.
