(Silver Spring, Md.) The special two hour 9pm season premiere of Discovery Channel's DEADLIEST CATCH on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, earned a 2.89 HH / 2.65 P25-54 AA%, delivering over 4.37 million viewers P2+.
DEADLIEST CATCH was the #1 primetime cable telecast among HH, P2+, P18+, P/M/W25-54 and P/M/W18-49 ratings and delivery.
DEADLIEST CATCH out-delivered several broadcast networks, for Tuesday 4/12/11 prime delivery including ABC (P25-54, M25-54, M18-49), FOX (M25-54, P18-49, M18-49) and NBC (M25-54, M18-49)
The season seven premiere telecast of DEADLIEST CATCH also posted TRIPLE-DIGIT GAINS in all key demos versus the year-ago time slot (2Q10, TUE, 9PM).
