Ben and Erin Napier

Ben and Erin Napier are best known for their hit HGTV series Home Town where they live and restore homes in the small town of Laurel, Mississippi. Now they will lead the charge of forthcoming series Home Town Takeover. Slated to premiere in late 2020, the husband/wife duo will pull off HGTV’s most impressive and massive renovation ever: a whole-town overhaul including multiple individual family homes and public spaces.

Ben is a woodworker, author, and entrepreneur with a degree in history. He is the past president of Laurel’s Main Street America chapter dedicated to promoting the rebirth of their historic downtown district. Erin is a designer, author, and entrepreneur with a fine arts degree who started her career in corporate graphic design before founding her own international stationery company, Lucky Luxe.

Six days after meeting in college, Erin and Ben decided they would marry and have been ‘inseparable' ever since, working side by side in every venture pursued. As newlyweds, the couple bought and restored their own 1925 Craftsman-style cottage.

Their passion for small-town revitalization and American craftsmanship is evident in their companies; Laurel Mercantile Co. is where they design and manufacture heirloom wares and durable goods made exclusively in the United States, and Scotsman Co. is Ben's woodshop where he builds fine furnishings and wood products using reclaimed materials.

Ben and Erin reside in Laurel with their daughter Helen.
