Jackie Wickens and Trecie Wheat-Hughes

Real estate mavens Jackie Wickens and Trecie Wheat Hughes make their clients’ dreams of an outdoorsy Montana lifestyle a reality by finding reasonably priced properties in Big Sky Country and fixing them up in HGTV’s Mountain Mamas. The duo has worked together since 2015 when they met at a local fundraiser in 2015 and bonded over their shared love of history, real estate, a good project and the beautiful state that they call home.

Having grown up around the real estate and building industries, it’s no surprise that Jackie found her professional passion working across both trades. During her time in construction, in which she worked with materials like concrete, tile and timber-framing, she honed her skills and fell in love with hands-on work. As a licensed realtor, her background in construction and love for the landscape and history of Montana offers her clients a unique perspective. Jackie sees the unique potential in every house and believes that each property has a story to tell.

Trecie’s love for old houses started at a very young age, while growing up in a historic hotel boasting ornate tile patterns and impeccable craftsmanship in a small western town. Fast forward 25 years and she is knee deep into selling real estate and renovating houses. As a real estate agent and designer it’s her mission to help clients create their dream home, while driving the overall design style rooted in her midwestern origins.
