LOS ANGELES -- Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra have announced the newest “Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience” titled “Making Every Moment Matter,” open for free registration at  This meditation will demonstrate that our concept of time and its perceived limitations is not necessarily reality and will teach lessons on how to make every moment count.  Participants will also learn techniques to help prioritize experiences and people that bring them true meaning and fulfillment, receiving practical and inspirational time management tools to support a shift in awareness in real life.  This all-new, free, 21-Day Meditation Experience will launch on October 30.

“Making Every Moment Matter,” led by Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra, offers a 20-minute audio meditation each day with a centering thought and mantra and a series of thought-provoking reflection questions designed to anchor the teachings. Through a private, interactive journal feature that is provided, meditators are able to record and view their progress, giving them an invaluable picture of personal growth and development. The meditations are easily accessible from a tablet, computer, or the mobile companion app available in iTunes or Google Play.

Originally launched in 2013, the “Oprah & Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience” now features a catalogue of 14 different programs with more than seven million participants from over 200 hundred countries around the globe.

Below is an overview of what participants can expect throughout this experience:

Week One: Finding the Time for Everything

Week One will dispel every fear and illusion surrounding time, whether it’s a worry about missing deadlines or distress over missing out on quality time with family and friends.  It will teach participants that, in reality, time can never run out, because the present moment is where you can experience the eternal now.

Week Two:  By Healing Time, You Heal Yourself

Week Two will focus on how to use the present time to free yourself from the traumas, negative beliefs, and old conditioning of the past. The negative experiences that happened in the past can linger as memories, or “emotional debts.”  This week will reinforce the power of now.
