The second series of ‘My Greek Kitchen’ sees chef Tonia Buxton continue on her culinary and cultural tour of the Greek Mediterranean region. Tonia is spending the summer in her ancestral home, Cyprus. The annual wine festival has come to Limassol and she is invited to taste wine at a family-run vineyard, where she uses it to cook aromatic chicken. In the villages of the Troodos Mountains, Tonia visits relatives and makes a typical Cypriot treat - spoon sweets - and prepares Keftedes, meatballs, for a picnic in the cool of the mountains. She also helps with a traditional wedding feast for her friends that are getting married.
