He is the boss of ‘Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop' in Hoboken, New Jersey and supervises a team that includes his mother, four older sisters and three brothers-in-law. Highlights of this new series include Buddy making a cake for The Greatest Show On Earth, complete with a "ring of fire" along with baking a special anniversary cake for celebrity chef Rachael Ray; Buddy takes the bakery gang to sea for a fishing adventure and gets the inspiration to make a lean mean killing machine shark cake for a family friend's 35th anniversary of his charter boat company. And then Buddy gets one of his hardest cake requests yet - a replica of a toilet that actually flushes! This season promises to be one of the most entertaining yet.
