Oklahoma fishermen Skipper Bivins and Trent Jackson teach more city slickers the fine art of noodling, catching fish with your bare hands and feet, in the brand new second series of ‘Hillbilly Handfishin''. Joined by first-time noodlers from all over America, Skipper and Trent set out to catch monster catfish using just their fingers and toes rather than rods and bait. Following on from last season's escapades, the self-proclaimed hillbillies have started their own noodling competition, pitting experts and fascinated city folk- including a husband determined to beat his mother-in-law, two daring hunters from Ohio and even a pair of pastors from New Jersey- against each other in the dark and murky water. But who will noodle the biggest fish of the season?
