With real footage acquired from Police dashboard cameras, home videos and surveillance cameras, the incompetence, stupidity and craziness of drivers is exposed in all its glory. Watch as criminals drive through traffic lights and at dangerous speeds in their attempts to evade arrest. One particular criminal jumps into an empty police cruiser and drives off, taking officers on a wild chase.
