UFO OUTBREAK INVESTIGATION leads an investigation by a forensics team after a mass of UFO sightings. Steve Allen, a business man from Texas, spotted enormous blue red and white lights flying at high velocity through the sky, vanishing suddenly, the team travel to Texas to investigate the story, interviewing other eyewitness accounts.
