Velocity Speeds Into Summer With Record Ratings In May 2014

Velocity Again Out-Delivers Key Competitors in Desired M25-54 Target Demo

Velocity, one of cable's fastest growing brands for men, this past month earned its highest-delivering May among the coveted target demos of P/M18-49, P/M25-54, P/M18-34, M18+ and P2+, and earned the highest-rated May in network history among P25-54 in primetime. May 2014 also marked 24 months of year-on-year primetime delivery growth for the network among P/M18-49 and P/M25-54.

Competitively, Velocity once again out-delivered upscale male network Esquire, as well as MLB Network, NBA TV, DIY, BIO and National Geographic Wild in the coveted M25-54 demo. May 2014 was also Velocity's highest-rated May in Total Day for HH, P/M25-54 and P/M18-34, and the highest delivering May for all target demos HH, P/M18-49, P/M25-54, P/M18-34, P18+ and P2+.

The Wednesday, May 21, premiere of Velocity's hit series WHEELER DEALERS delivered the network's largest ever program audiences for M18-49 and P/M18-34. The night was also Velocity's highest-rated primetime in network history among M25-54 and M18-49, and was the highest delivering night ever for M25-54, M18-49 and P/M18-34.
