TLC SET TO PREMIERE NEW EPISODES OF LA INK THURSDAY JULY 28th at 10PM (ET/PT)

(Los Angeles, CA) -- TLC is set to premiere the second half of the fourth season of its hit show LA INK on July 28 at 10PM (ET/PT). The new eight episodes follow renowned tattoo artist Kat Von D and her tattoo shop High Voltage. From taking on a new roommate to hosting a benefit for Japan, Kat's life has no shortage of excitement or drama. Returning to its Thursday time slot, new episodes will air at 10PM, with the season finale slated for August 7, only on TLC.

The upcoming season will focus on the last nine months of Kat's life in which she has had a successful gallery opening, a whirlwind book tour, survived a devastating house fire and got engaged to her soul mate, Jesse James. Art also unites a community when Kat and her shop host a benefit for Japanese earthquake victims.

The High Voltage crew tries to keep up as Kat starts over with a new house, a new kitten, a new roommate and a new tattoo of James. And since last season, Kat's former artist, Corey Miller, has left Los Angeles and returned home to Upland, California, while tattooists Dan, Jeff, Khoi, and guest artist Nikko return to the shop. New to the cast is the rebellious 20-year-old Arianna, who Kat has taken under wing as a roommate.

Meanwhile, Kat travels between Los Angles and Austin to visit her motorcycle-loving fiancé. But Kat must balance her long-distance relationship with work, wedding plans, and her personal projects. And eventually drama erupts when Arianna begins work at the Wonderland gallery, and Kat's crew suspects her faith in Arianna is misplaced.
