L.A Taskforce
Premiering as part of Animal Planet’s ‘Heroes’ season, ‘L.A. Taskforce’ follows the women of the of the Los Angeles Animal Welfare Team. Out on the streets, the women respond to cruelty complaints, follow up investigations, seize animals and arrest suspects. These women mean business. They are highly trained graduates of some of the Los Angeles Police Department’s toughest crime squads. Some have veterinary qualifications, and others have veteran Animal Control Officer experience - all have a desire to see the perpetrators of animal cruelty punished.
