However, not only do these people want to move house - they want to create an ideal dream home from their own designs by modernising an older property. The fourth series features the renovations of an old saw mill in Kent, England; a traditional house in the Isle of Harris in Scotland and a windmill in Lancashire, England. Plus, new presenter and architectural designer Charlie Luxton will be providing helpful advice and vital moral support as these people work towards achieving their goal.
