Reality show Little People, Big World returns for an eagerly awaited fourth series. The show follows the lives of 1.2 metres tall Matt and Amy Roloff and their four children, who are a mixture of little and average-sized in height. In this new series, Matt travels to Iraq to help a family with three dwarf children in desperate need of medical attention. Aside from Matt's life-changing trip to Iraq there is the usual mix of tears and laughter in the Roloff household. Twins Jeremy and Zach prepare for their high school graduations, Molly tries to get her driver's license and the entire family takes a holiday to Florida.
