“DR. JEFF: ROCKY MOUNTAIN VET” RETURNS FOR AN ALL-NEW SEASON SATURDAY MAY 18 AT 8PM ET/PT

Denver's most passionate and persevering veterinarian, Dr. Jeff Young, returns for a new season of Animal Planet’s most watched series, DR. JEFF: ROCKY MOUNTAIN VET, with new cases to solve, new clients to treat and all-new stories to share. Whether they be furry, scaly or feathery, Dr. Jeff and his team at Planned Parenthood Plus do all they can to help all animals in need, ranging from pets to rescued animals and wildlife, making them one of the busiest animal clinics in the U.S. The all-new season of DR. JEFF: ROCKY MOUNTAIN VET premieres Saturday, May 18th at 8 PM ET/PT.

Cameras reveal the exciting and sometimes tense and hectic atmosphere at Planned Pethood Plus with its continuous flow of emergency cases in addition to scheduled appointments. In the premiere episode, Dr. Jeff rushes to save a puppy suffering with a deadly virus while his team treats a stray cat with a life-threatening neck injury. Dr. Jeff also steps out of the office, meeting face-to-muzzle with a pack of rescued wolves to try to gain their trust to help an ailing wolf hybrid in need of medical attention.

Other stories this season include Dr. Jeff and the team treating an injured rescue alligator; visiting a nearby farm to treat a rescued alpaca; treating a family cat after it consumed poison; and coming to the aid or a 30-year old neglected turtle.

DR. JEFF: ROCKY MOUNTAIN VET was Animal Planet’s most-watched series in 2018 with an average of more than 1.1 million Total Viewers P2+ per episode. All previous seasons and episodes of DR. JEFF: ROCKY MOUNTAIN VET are available in their entirety on the Animal Planet GO app.
